Submit a Ticket or Membership Application

The Ticket System enables you to directly submit a support ticket or membership application to Membership Services. This online tool provides an alternative to phone and email and helps expedite the resolution of your issue. You can track the status of your ticket in My Tickets.

 

Your Guest Service Level Agreement does not include the Ticket Feature. Please contact membership@nasfaa.org for more information.
